GofigureUK sells custom-designed minifigures and related products. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the LEGO Group or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies. The LEGO Group does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse GofigureUK or any of its products. All custom minifigures sold by GofigureUK are independently produced and are not official LEGO products.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Consumer Rights

As a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
