Processing & Production Time

All GofigureUK products are custom-made or hand assembled to order. Please allow up 3-5 working days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is available via Royal Mail or equivalent courier service.

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–5 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery : Royal Mail Tracked 24, Available at checkout, 1-3 days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £50.

International Shipping

We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Please contact us at sales@pan-web.co.uk to enquire about international orders.

Packaging

All figures are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We use protective materials to prevent damage in transit.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@pan-web.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.
